Do You Come to Our Office?

We work from our office and remotely. Business owners meet with us here, helping us keep the work focused, efficient, and on schedule. If we need anything from you, we'll clearly tell you what we need

How Do Payments Work?

Every engagement begins with a written agreement: a defined scope of work and a clear delivery date. Payment terms are agreed for each engagement: part upfront, with the balance due upon delivery. We never charge by the hour, and there are no surprise invoices

What Happens in the Free Session?

Thirty minutes. We review your form beforehand, then go straight to your situation: what's hurting, what's behind it, and whether we're the right people to address it. Either way, you leave with clarity, no commitment and no pressure

What Do I Need to Bring?

For the session: the form and 30 minutes. If we work together, we'll give you a short, specific list of what we need from you, because your time is valuable and limited

What Happens After 90 Days?

The plan and files are yours, and you can continue with them on your own if you choose. If you'd like us to stay involved afterward, we continue working with a limited number of business owners who have completed the program. That decision is discussed at the end of the program, not the beginning.
